My stay at Ramada was quite satisfactory for a business trip. The room was clean and well-maintained, featuring a comfortable bed, a fridge, and a microwave. The shuttle service from the airport was efficient, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I appreciated having a dedicated workspace and free Wi-Fi, which allowed me to complete my work tasks without interruption.

The dining options were somewhat limited and lacked variety.

I recently stayed here and had an amazing experience with customer service, as Rob went above and beyond to help me when there was an issue with my reservation, showing true dedication to guests. plus, the hotel's prime location made it easy to explore nearby attractions like Fort Snelling State Park, which is almost 2 km away, and Moonshine Park, which is a short 2 km walk, perfect for leisurely weekends filled with strolls and views.

The aged USDA prime steaks were a highlight, delivering excellent flavor and tenderness. However, the stay was marred by poor customer service, starting with a rude front desk experience that required a card for incidentals, despite my platinum membership. Additionally, I was charged instead of just being placed on hold, with no follow-up from management after a long wait. This hotel did not meet the standards typically expected in metropolitan areas.

Convenient Location but Room for Improvement

I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and comfy beds. The morning staff were friendly, making up for the not-so-great welcome. For those arriving late, a 24/7 convenience store across the street offers snacks. Try the local diners nearby for better breakfast options.
